Going from unabombers to honey bees!
This is how these things go for me. I don’t try to block out the reality that this world is seriously troubled and in some aspects very dark. Rather what seems to happen to pull up from a total nose dive into rabbit holes I don’t want to stay in to long, is something totally beautiful! This is what you have to admire about the internet too. It can take you any direction you choose, or imply to it that it should take you.
So today I was listening to Genesis at work for like the 100th time of the year, and at that point you start noticing seemingly random mentions of things, I find. Today I heard it talk about bees, and a question came to mind. How do you suppose bees are made!? I had to admit to myself, I had no idea, actually. So then I found all that out and that too is pretty cool and odd and amazing.

In the spring and fall the bees love to stay the night here? I try to save as many as possible before they can move again. I don’t know why they come here but I’m not complaining:)
However what was even more amazing is how these things are designed and how they work! Just knowing it strongly implies a GENIUS Designer. What caught my attention most is these worker bees, the ones that go out and about and do their work among the flowers and stuff. Did you know that bees have straw like tongues and a specail tummy to store up what eventually becomes hunny? Not only that but they suck up all this sweet pollen off the flowers, to then take it back to the hive where another hive bee takes it from them via a process that in my mind seems like a mixture of throwing up and kissing! How adorable is that?
Further more given what I was previously writting on, it made me wonder if heaven is like being a hunny bee of sorts? Clearly they absolutely love their jobs, have you ever watched the way of a bee in the flowers? It’s almost like a picture of what heaven might feel like, I think so anyways? Meanwhile come to find out that they are using their tongues to suck up pollen like some kind of bee cocaine…is how I perceived it :D
You can know the worker bees love their work I’d reckon, just based on their extreme work efforts. They seem totally content to work so hard that their bodies give out after 4-6 weeks, while hive bees last more like 4-6 months! All they are made to do is get that pollen, man. I could be an excellent worker bee, I do believe.
So all that is interesting, true. But arguably even more amazing is how these hives and reproduction works. Here I’ll leave this video so you can see what I mean if you please…
So now you know all of that too, if you are here for whatever reason. Isn’t the part about the different jellies simply incredible!?
All to say, that came from The Bible, for me today. The Bible is so much more than it is given credit for, despite that it is the best selling book of all time. Somehow it’s secret seems to remain very hidden, except from a little remnant of people. Because it is A LIVING thing, it is interactive. Somehow or another it intertwines into your mind, heart, and life too! It’s not an immediate sort of thing like the world prefers, but a decade in? It’s a completely alternate world and reality, at the same time.
The reality of this world, it’s sad. But the Biblical reality and Jesus are very awesome. All to say make sure to balance bitter with sweet, idk? Bees tho.
